New Škoda Superb - interior and technical data
Only weeks rest until the official premiere of the new Superb and the company decided to show it on more snapshots. They are again not real photos, but modelling programs outputs. The real photos can be expected probably only during the premiere. Also more technical data was made public.

The most important technical information is probably the engines overview. All new is the four cylinder TSI with the volume of 1.4 litre, which thanks to turbocharging reaches the power of 92 kW. Another offered engine is the 1.8 TSI with the power of 118 kW and the highest variant is going to be the all new 3.6 FSI V6 with the power of 191 kW. This most powerful engine will be supplied only with the six speed DSG transmission and all wheel drive and will emerge the market shortly after the sales start. The diesel engine palette is composed of 1.9 TDI PD DPF with the power of 77 kW, next is 2.0 TDI PD DPF with the power of 103 kW and the new 2.0 TDI CR DPF with the power of 125 kW using the common-rail injection. The classical PD technology still remains and the owners will be rewarded mainly by low fuel consumption.

Also the official name of the double opening boot space cover is known. It is going to be TWINDOOR.
