An attractive and dynamic character
The very expressive styling of the Partner Tepee
with, its fl owing lines and curves give it both a
solid and graceful look. A single glance, confi rms
its suitability and safety for transporting families
over long distances.
The modern, dynamic nature of the Partner Tepee
is available in a number of different styles, thanks
to the different bodywork elements which can be
used to created a different look.
Its overall design and the attention to detail indicate
the care with which the designers have created
this vehicle, to ensure that it is as enjoyable to
drive as possible.
The Peugeot designers have incorporated the
familiar Peugeot “family” look at the front, with
its large open front grille surrounded by a large
wraparound lower front panel. The large, modern
headlight units with their deeply contoured design
enhance the look of the vehicle and further reinforce
its character. The large “Lion” badge located on
the front of the bonnet is similar to those of other
recent Peugeot models. The resulting “V shape”
at the front helps to defi ne the overall look and
strengthen the styling lines as they fl ow down the
front bonnet.
This dynamic and rugged look can be if required,
customised further to satisfy individual customers
tastes. Using the fi ve different parts which make
up the front assembly (lower panel, fog lamp trims,
the bonnet front panel in two parts and the lower
panel trim), a different look can be created for
each of the available trim levels. This ability to be
able to customise the vehicle is a direct response
to requests from Partner Tepee customers.
The balanced look between the front and the rear
of the vehicle is obtained by the use of a body
styling line that runs from the lower section of the
front wing, along the curve of the wheel arches and
then carries on across the large front windscreen
pillars.
The high levels of interior light inside the
passenger compartment are a direct result of the
large front windscreen and side windows of the
Partner Tepee. The use of “inversed symmetry” in
the design of the front and rear windows creates
a modern, dynamic shape to this new Peugeot
MPV.
The sliding side door guide-rails are discreetly
integrated into the panels, showing the great
attention to detail brought by the designers to
every aspect of the vehicle. This is also the case
with the protection mouldings, designed to match
the line set by the windows.
At the rear a slightly curved glazed tailgate,
provides excellent access to the load area. The
mounting of the rear lights at the top of the rear
quarters ensures they are protected against low
speed impacts. This location also enables the
tailgate to open as wide as possible and thereby
make everyday life easier for those using the
vehicle.
There are also several options for the rear bumper,
the lower part of which can also be fi tted with a
protective trim panel on the Outdoor version.
The Partner Tepee has a compact size similar to
that of a mid-range hatchback. It is 4.38m long,
with a body width of 1.81m and a height of 1.8m.
