The Swiss adventurer wanted to be the first to fly between continents with such machine. The try took place on 25th November 2009 and was named Webtel.mobi Intercontinental Challenge, see the link below. The adventurous pilot succeeded to land with a parachute into the ocean, where he was unhurt immediately picked up by the rescue helicopter.
